A post-sale management platform for users to manage and track their purchased devices
This platform is designed to provide a comprehensive device management and tracking system for customers who purchase hardware devices. Users can register either as individual (personal) or corporate (organizational) accounts. After login, the dashboard displays recent activities and quick-access cards to services such as RayCloud and Ray3D.
Features:
- The Device Management section allows users to view detailed device information and transfer device ownership when necessary.
- In the Tracking module, users can monitor the latest usage location of their devices, displayed both in a tabular view and on an interactive map.
- the Settings section enables users to update personal information, change passwords, and manage access permissions.
